The short version

This website runs no advertising, and its public pages set no first-party cookies. It uses Zoho SalesIQ for visitor analytics: SalesIQ records basic visitor analytics on every page and sets its own third-party cookies. Our partner catalog at kimblelabs.com/shed, which opens only from an invitation link, counts visits to that link (below). Beyond that, the only personal information we receive is what you deliberately send us, for example through the contact form, our chat assistant, or the catalog's booking form.

Information we collect

• Visitor analytics (Zoho SalesIQ). On every page, SalesIQ records standard web-analytics data — approximate location (from your IP address), the pages you view, time on the site, the referring link, and your device and browser — and assigns a visitor identifier so we can recognize return visits.
• Partner catalog (invitation links). When you open our catalog from a link we sent, we record your visits, the pages you view, time on each page, your device type, and any enquiry or booking you make. We record this against the link, so we know which company or person it was sent to. We keep visit records for up to 13 months.
• Chat assistant (KLAI). Our AI chat assistant answers questions on our public pages and in the partner catalog. On our public pages we don't keep chats unless you leave your details so we can reach out; your details and that conversation are then saved in our CRM. In the catalog, we count how many questions were asked through each link, and we keep the questions and the assistant's answers for 90 days, so we can see which questions come up most and improve the answers. They are not linked to you or to your link; we remove email addresses and phone numbers, so please don't type other personal details.
• Contact form. If you submit the form, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email, and message) so we can respond. The form is operated through Zoho Forms.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps) for security and operation.

Cookies

Our public pages set no first-party cookies. Our partner catalog at kimblelabs.com/shed, which opens only from an invitation link, sets two: one keeps you signed in, for up to a week and never past the life of your link, and one counts visits from your browser, kept up to 13 months. Our pages also remember your light or dark theme (and, in the catalog, whether the chat panel is open) in your own browser's local storage; that is never sent to us. Zoho SalesIQ sets its own third-party cookies and local storage on every visit to run its visitor analytics. The embedded contact form (Zoho Forms) and its spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set cookies when you interact with the form. These third-party cookies are governed by the providers' policies (Zoho and Cloudflare).

Third-party services

• Zoho — SalesIQ (visitor analytics), Forms (contact form), and CRM and Bookings (where enquiries and bookings land).
• Cloudflare — our AI chat assistant and our partner catalog run on Cloudflare, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to deter spam.
• Anthropic — our AI chat assistant runs on Cloudflare and sends your messages to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to generate answers. Anthropic deletes them within 30 days under its own terms (longer only if they are flagged for a safety review) and does not use them to train its models.
• Web fonts are self-hosted; we do not load fonts or scripts from advertising networks.
